Industrial Strainers

We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting a wide gamut of Strainers which includes Y-Type Strainers and Basket Type Strainers. The Y-Type Strainers are made using cast iron, carbon steel and stainless steel. These find application various areas such as used in filtration of fluids in pipe lines, facilitate easy removal of the residuals and different varieties of screen and mesh available for different applications. Further, its end connection is flanged. In addition to this, we also offer Basket Type Strainers which are highly effective for heavy oils or high viscosity liquids, recommended strainers for applications that involve handling of fluids with large flow rates and are also recommended for fluids with high foreign matter content.

Offered by us is a wide gamut of Duplex Strainers which are manufactured using carbon steel and stainless steel. These are offered with bolted bonnet or wielded bonnet and are available in OS & Y type. Further, these are manufactured keeping in mind that these are at per BS 1873 standards. In addition to this, the materials used for the construction of Duplex Strainers are as follows:

• Body and bonnet of ASTM A 351 Gr CF8/CF8M and A216 Gr WCB.

• Trim materials of ANSI 304/316 for stainless steel valves.

• In carbon steel valves, carbon steel with 13% Cr.S.S facing is used to make the seat rings.

• Screwed ,Flanged, socket or butt-weld
