Level Gauges

We offer Transparent Level Gauges which are fabricated with see-through glass on both the sides which makes the colors and interfaces of the liquids visible. These are highly appreciated by our clients for its sturdy design as it has two transparent glasses which are attached to the gauge body and further seals the liquid space at the front and back. In addition to this, it is used with steam up to 120 bar saturated steam and the sight glasses are protected against the attack of the boiler water by means of Mica shields fitted on the side of glass facing the liquid chamber. • Interface of steam and water indicated by Elliptical point of the light

Materials used in the construction of Transparent Level Gauges

• Centerpiece: Forged carbon steel which conforms to ASTM A 105 & stainless steels as per SS 304/316. Other specifications are provided on requests

• Cover plate: Carbon steel conforms to ASTM A 105 standard

• Reflex glass: Toughened borosilicate

• Gasket: CAF or Teflon

• Gauge Valves: Auto shut-off ball check valves, comes along with bolted bonnet or screwed bonnet

• Stud & Nut: Alloy steel as per ASTM A-193 Gr.B7/A-194 GR-2H

These are used with a prism glass for providing indications of the liquid level of colorless liquids. Further, it offers high contrasting indications of liquids which are viewable through the mirror like surface which is placed above. In addition to it, Reflex Level Gauges are highly appreciated by our clients for its sturdy design which has a reflex glass which is fitted in the gauge body and also seals the front opening of the vapor space. Moreover, these are widely used with steam under the conditions like up to 32 bar saturated steam and the indication involves steam space silver white and eater space black. These are manufactured using the following material:

Fabricated with double casing type which makes it feasible to use for heating and cooling jackets, our range of Magnetic Level Indicator is high in demand among our various clients. It is available with the built-in magnetic system which travels up and down in a measuring pipe that is connected to a pipe and uses a float. In order to provide the clear visibility, the level of the liquid inside the tank is transmitted to an indicating scale. And also to avoid to direct contact with the medium, the indicating scale is tied to the pipe. Some of the advantages of using Magnetic Level Indicator are as follows:
